Yes, there is a B.Des. Animation programme at LPU, focused on Animation and VFX. The curriculum blends core design theory with hands‑on projects, covering 2D and 3D animation, character design, motion graphics, and industry‑standard tools. Learning is structured around live projects, workshops, and industry collaborations, which help students build a strong portfolio. Graduates usually move into roles in animation studios, gaming, advertising, and media houses, with several recruiters visiting campus for design and media profiles.

BDes is offered by The NorthCap University at the UG level for the duration of 3 years. For BDes the total course fee is INR 12 lakhs.
