MBA via the corespondance route is an option available for people who are employed. An MBA does give an opportunity for career growth. However an Exe. MBA from a top college would be a better option.

I would prefer you for MBA in Operations management because the industries are looking for multitasking people who can be flexible in various work and does not stick to one job which will cut down the cost of company.

As you have such a long duration of work experience, you should go for distance. Because the package you must have right now, even if you do executive MBA, they won't be able to provide you that much. It's good if you do distance MBA from college like Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, etc.
