Students who have completed/completing degree B.Sc / B.Sc(Hons)/ BCA/ BIT of 3 years from open universities are eligible to apply for NIMCET provided their programme is approved by UGC /AICTE and Distance Education Council (DEC) of Govt. of India. You may check whether your BCA degree meets the eligibility criteria.

For enrolling for MBA, one needs to be a graduate. For correspondence MBA course, you also need to have around 3 years of work experience. If you fulfil both the conditions, then you can enroll yourself.

Distance learning has both merits and demerits. While not everyone can afford to go for regular courses, it becomes a boon. Some of the demerits are:
1. The credibility of degrees is not much as compared to regular ones, especially at the graduate level.
2. You miss out on networking, faculty interactions, group learnings, and practicals.
3. Initial employment may take time as industry prefer employees with graduation in the regular mode.

Not at all. You shouldn't opt for distance mode for technical education. Not only the value addition is hugely different but also the credibility of degrees among distance and full-time courses.
