Indira Gandhi National Open University is one of the internationally recognized universities for the same. Other than this, Pondicherry University, Sikkim Manipal University and NMIMS are the best in India. All the best.

You need to check that Bombay University has its study center near your place. If yes, good, otherwise, you can also opt for IGNOU.

It is my opinion that IGNOU is the best option for MBA in Finance by distance learning. It's course material and content is of International standards. Fee is Rs 1500 per subject. MBA is of 21 courses including Finance electives. It is one of cheapest MBA in India.
