It depends on what you mean by a Doctor. If you're asking about a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology, then yes, you can pursue a PhD in Psychology and get the doctorate degree. You can also become a licensed Clinical Psychologist in India with a Dr. title, but not through MBBS.
And if you mean a Psychiatrist (Medical Doctor), then the answer is "No". without an MBBS + MD/DNB in Psychiatry, you cannot be a Medical doctor.

A GNM is not a doctor. GNM is a diploma-level course that prepares you to be a Nurse or a Midwife. Nurses and Midwives assist senior doctors in treatments and procedures done on patients. Though GNMs work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals, they are not qualified and trained to diagnose illness, prescribe medicine, or perform any surgical treatment.

If you want to be a doctor, you don't have to complete a BSc in Nursing. If you are already a BSc nursing student, you must follow the same steps to pass the NEET exam as students who have completed their 12th grade before enrolling in MBBS to become a doctor.

If you want to become an ayurvedic doctor, you can pursue BAMS after passing the NEET, one who wishes to be a dentist can pursue BDS and one who want to be an animal doctor, or veterinarian can pursue BVSc.

Pharm.D is a six-year professional programme combining five years of academic study with one year of clinical internship. It focuses on clinical pharmacy, therapeutics, drug interactions, and hospital pharmacy training. The course is recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India and equips graduates to work as clinical pharmacists in hospitals or pharmaceutical industries. While Pharm.D holders use the “Dr.” prefix professionally due to their clinical expertise, it is not equivalent to an MBBS degree. Career paths include working in hospital pharmacies, pharmacovigilance, and pursuing research or higher studies in healthcare fields.

The summary of the differences is as follows: A doctor is responsible for the diagnosis of the disease, the nature of the treatment plan, and prescribing the medication. The pharmacist is responsible for the preparation and dispensing of a medication, giving directions for use, identifying how the medications should be safely used, providing oversight for possible adverse reactions, and monitoring for adverse effects of the treatment often while counseling the patient.

Pharmacy graduates are responsible for drug therapy while doctors provide direct clinical care to patients. The pharmacist is responsible for underlying principles
