There are many notifications and updates now available on this topic which you can read on this page. As per the most recent notification released by the UGC dated 8th June 2020, the candidates can now pursue two-degree courses at the same time but one course must be regular and one course must be distance.

Hi, I personally know two people who graduated this year from ECE , dual degree from Eshan College of Engineering.
One of them is placed in Oracle of package 6.8 lpa and other one is placed in NCR of package 6 lpa. Might be others also placed in good companies.

I agree with the others. I also recommend you to pursue another Master, because you already have an MBA. Ask yourself which MBA course you liked the most? What would you like to work in? Where do you find you strength in the most? Is it Finance? Accounting? MS and Data analytics? Supply chain and Operations management? Marketing?
