Yes definitely you can go for integrated BBA-MBA after 12 and here you save your one year too. Integrated courses are quiet popular nowadays. Suggesting you some good colleges to go for -

Dual specialization is allowed in MBA where you will need to choose a major and a minor, but as far as PGDM is concerned it is not yet implemented and is expected to be implemented asap.

Yes DSB gives us an opportunity to choose two subjects, one as core and other as minor.
And Human resource is a subject taught by well experienced faculty members.
Also we have faculty from SRCC, DU to teach HR. If you want I can share my personal experience with you, being a

We let students select major and minor subjects in their fourth semester.

Check the programmes at IISER ,IIA Bangalore, CFTRI Mysore, TIFR Mumbai, WBUT Kolkata, LNIPE Gwalior, JNU, IISC. They all have the integrated p.hd programme and entrances for the same.

Cannot say it is the best, but yes it is of ine the premium colleges. 3000+ students get places yearly.
