B Tech in Computer Science & Engineering
A new Programme in Computer Science & Engineering is proposed looking at the need of industry and the mission of the institute to develop high quality manpower. This will be a four year programme with the twin objective of:
Catering to the industry needs, To prepare high quality manpower in emerging areas such as IoT (Internet of Things), Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud computing, Security, Networking and Social networks. The programme will have flexibility to opt for a set of electives. The students will be required to undertake subjects from Humanities/management, Science, core computer Science etc. A specialised stream of electives will be offered in areas such as
