Well Sastra University is the one among few universities to offer integrated courses. As far as, you have mentioned, you will study 4 year B.Tech course in mechanical and one year in AM. The placement offers offered to mechanical students will be offered to you, the only difference is, you have another year to study. In my view, it is better to opt B.Tech than M.Tech integrated.
