No, Mathematics subjects are not compulsory for admission to the BA in Economics (Hons.) course at Quantum Univeristy. The eligibility requirements that are necessary for a BA in Economics (Hons.) course is candidates must complete their Class 12 from any recognised board of Education from any stream and with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Additionally, the university takes admissions on the basis of candidates' achieved scores in their Class 12.

Doing PhD in economics from top institution like IITs and IIMs would be a great option.If you want a business and management oriented (applied economics) role go for IIM, while IITs are best suited for research in core economics and quantitative economic research.So the choice is totally dependent upon you field of interest and future goals.
Hope this would be fruitful to decide between the two.

Upon comparing MCNUJC Bhopal and Jadavpur University based on BSc study fees, MCNUJC Bhopal is a more economical option for pursuing a BSc course. The cost of the BSc course at MCNUJC Bhopal ranges from INR 77,400 to INR 1 lakh, which is very affordable. Meanwhile, Jadavpur University's BSc tuition fee ranges from INR 1.5 Lacs to INR 4.1 lakh. After comparing ISDI Mumbai and IMS Design and Innovation Academy on the basis of BDes tuition fees, IMS Design and Innovation Academy is a more cost-effective way to pursue a BDes course. The fee for the BDes course at ISDI Mumbai is INR 26.8 lakh, which is relatively higheer than IMS Design and Innovation Academy's fee which is INR 16 lakh.
