You cannot directly pursue M.Ed. You have to first do B.Ed and also, only some colleges are allowing you to do B.Ed if you are engineer, I mean (B.Tech or M.Tech holder). And that too also for those who have done B.Tech in pure science and not in the technical field. Kindly visit this link:

Candidates should have passed B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) from a recognised college/university with the minimum required percentage (usually 50%-60%). No, you are not eligible for M.Ed.
