Unfortunately, the previous year cutoff for automobile engineering was 10590 at Manipal Institute of Technology. But, you do have chance to get into Biochemical Engineering and Printing Technology, based on previous year data.

I am afraid your good performance in JEE Mains exam will make you eligible to almost all colleges in Mumbai, but only against "all India quota" which is about 15% of the intake capacity. Rest of the seats are filled up on the basis of MHT CET exam.
