No, it is not possible. For admission in 2nd-year of engineering you must have a B.Sc degree.

You will get admission through CET for this college. In 2016 the cutoff was around 124 for Comps. Subsequently the cutoff has dropped. The facilities here are really good. Infrastructure is top class. The placement for Comps are around 90%.

However I could not lay my hands on any paper or information where ICT talks of lateral admission. It is understood that it is not allowed. The criteria differ from one college to another. Yet, this is the common eligibility criteria:
Candidates must have passed the qualifying examination I. e. senior secondary or any other examination equivalent to 12 years of schooling in India. Must have minimum aggregate marks of 60% or 6.75 CGPA on 10 point Scale or Equivalent Grades in all the subject of the qualifying examination.
