There are lots of good engineering college s in which you can get admission like COT Pantnagar, Delhi college of engineering but you should firstly predict which college is available for you in such rank

Don't worry about fee structure as these all are good government college so the fee structure of these all college is not so high. Fee Structure is approximately 2 Lakh for 4 Year.

K-CET 2017 fee is not yet decided by KEA . Last year it was Rs 55k +35k = Rs 90,000 total through CET.
Management fee for 2016 was Rs 2.5lakhs per year.
COMEDK 2016 was Rs 1.9 lakhs per year.

For information regarding deduction of fee I would request you to contact the college under Anna University where you wish to apply.
The fee concession is Rs. 2,000 for Government colleges, Rs. 4,000 for Government-aided colleges, and Rs. 20,000 for self-financing colleges, a year. Only students who are admitted through the single window counselling of the Anna University are eligible for this concession.
