Hi Riddhiman, the LPU offers a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering. It is an Engineering programme which seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal etc specialization.

Hello Sukruti, many colleges for reasons known only to themselves do not publish placements data of individual course but publish for batch of college as a whole. But I feel that you should not worry much. AI is an upcoming branch with pretty wide applications. In four years time, when you will pass out, there will be tremendous opportunities for employment. In B.Tech, you have to study all the engineering subjects, But if you opt for B.Tech Hons. Then you have to study only one of the engineering subjects in more depth. So, in B.Tech you have to study all the subjects given by colleges. But in B.Tech Hons. You have to study only one subjects which you like the most and you get specialisation only in one subjects. So, according to my opinion, B.Tech Hons. Is the best option, In nowadays there is a very great demand for Hons. Degree.
