No, they are different colleges. BVWEC women's college gives admissions to women only. And BVEC college for both women and men (co-ed). They are located nearby but in different buildings.

Yes, you can join with your board marks. Go to Shiksha. On Com website in the search bar type and search for medical courses after 12th without NEET.

The eligibility criteria of IMUCET for getting admission in engineering courses are given below. Eligibility 4-Year B.Tech (Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering) Residential: 10+2/equivalent (PCM-Average: Minimum 60% and a minimum of 50% marks in English subject in 10th or 12th Examination)
So from above, you are not eligible for IMU's B.Tech courses.

There won't be any cutoff for Snu Chennai. For admission in Snu Chennai, First, a person should get a minimum 75% percentage in their respective 12th board exams and a person should attempt snucee exam and then if that person qualified in snucee entrance test then that person have to attend an interview. Then the shortlisted candidates will get a mail after the interview.
