Hi aspirant!
It might be difficult for you to get admission in CSE in SV University but you can definitely get admission in ECE. Last year's Andhra Pradesh EAMCET cut off ( closing rank) in the final rounds for SC category in CSE was - 17863 and that in ECE was - 110928. Although cut offs are bound to change every year depending upon the changes in the number of candidates appearing for the entrance, total number of candidates qualifying the entrance, last year's cut off trends, etc. , but your chances seem high for ECE.

The eligibility for admission is 10+2 or its equivalent examination with Physics Chemistry Mathematics and English from a Board/University recognised by the Institute. Only those candidates who have obtained at least 50% marks or equivalent G. P. A. in the aggregate are eligible for admission to B.Tech.

Well the government provide same valuation for both government and private cllg. The thing is that there will be no placement.
