In the education sector, Dayanand Sagar, Acharya Institute of Technology, C V Raman, LPU, and Techno India are performing well. I will provide the specifics of the EEE placements because I am an LPU alumnus. One of my buddies graduated from LPU with a B.Tech in EEE and was hired by Infineon with a good compensation package. For EEE/ECE students, LPU has a solid placement record. Every year, around 500 organizations, both national and global, come to LPU for job placement. BOSCH, Microsoft, Code Nation, Adobe, and others are just a handful of the companies that hire EEE/ECE students. LPU's highest package for the ECE programme is 31 LPA, with an average package of 5.1 LPA. The nicest thing about LPU in terms of placement is that they provide placement classes to all students who choose to do so starting in their first year. They can utilize this to prepare themselves for placements until the pre-final year because employers will begin visiting to recruit students in the pre-final year. In their last year, some students participate in internships.

Computer Engineering is the study of programming and computing. A degree in computer engineering gives you the foundational skills needed to pursue a career in coding or computer programming. It gives you a good understanding of the theory behind the processes involved in creating computer programs and applications. Information Technology is the practical application of technology. A degree in IT engineering gives you knowledge of managing the company's IT infrastructure and assets. Information Technology degree programs don't give you a detailed understanding of programming but they help you learn basic programming. Going forward, you can choose to specialize in areas such as database management, networking, or security. IT and CS degrees can lead to similar jobs but the differences between the two are quite pronounced. A computer scientist should enjoy mathematics and software design whereas an IT professional should enjoy installing computer systems, using software and maintaining networks and databases. More into practical for IT and less into Practical for CS. IT has more subjects as they can go to Hardware, Networking, Telecommunications, software and many more. In CS you will be aware of Software, Hardware, Networking and microprocessors. As you are gonna be a CS specialist very soon. Computer Science students will study mostly in classrooms (fewer labs) when IT guys will be doing LAB works and Classrooms works. Labs in IT which is missing in CS. Adobe Flash, Multimedia, DBA (Not Database lab, its administration. IT has both- DBA and Database lab), Information security, Cryptography, CCNA Lab. (ONLY IN SOME GOOD COLLEGES WILL KEEP THE DIFFERENCE).
