Students should focus on topics based on their Class 12 CBSE syllabus. The entrance test includes questions from Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology (depending on stream), English, and Aptitude. The test format is multiple-choice and it don't have negative marking. Preparation should start early as the exam can be tricky and competitive. No, the VTUEEE syllabus remains consistent across both Phase I and Phase II of VTUEEE. Candidates are tested on the same topics in both. Hence candidates must not be confused about the VTUEEE syllabus and prepare effectively.

The VTUEEE syllabus while similar, is considered slightly easier than the JEE Main. However both the exams follow the same CBSE/NCERT syllabus for PCM subjects. The JEE Mains question papers are a bit difficulty and are tuned on moderate to difficult level as comapred to VTUEEE.

As per the official syllabus mentioned in the notification PDF, the VTUEEE syllabus is based on Class 11 and 12 NCERT curriculum. It includes Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics for engineering aspirants. Candidates planning to prepare for the exam are advised to go through the syllabus in the detail to understand the subjects, topics and sub-topics on which the question paper will be based.

No, You can not get admission for B.Tech (any branch) in NIT with 52.34 percentile. It's because the cutoffs of NITs are set between 85-90 percentile for reserved categories and above 95 percentile for general category. However, you can try for State Government Colleges and Private Universities/Colleges that either have their own state level exams or lower cutoffs respectively.

A 76 percentile in JEE Mains places you in the mid-range of test-takers, which might not be high enough to get seat in a competitive CSE branch in top-tier institutions like PES University, especially through JEE Main scores. This might be challenging but not impossible. Also, PES University gives more weightage to PESSAT and KCET scores for CSE admissions.
