But there are many students who leave engineering as well as medicine even in the third year. It's always best to pursue the subject that you like the most. Being in the second year is no big deal. Hello Tarique Mallik, I am afraid that at present in India any university is debarred from offering professional courses by distance education mode. Hence I can not provide any information. You can apply to Amity Noida or Jaipur campus, it is open for PCB students too. Alternatively you can try DY Patil and Manipal too.
