With this rank, even in the SC category it is tough to get a seat in top institutes. The Cut-offs of JNTU Kakinada and JNTU Anantapur are under 1000 for SC category. You have not mentioned your branch and hence the above cutoff which I have mentioned is according to all branches. If you want to know your chances in your branch or any particular college you wish to get admission in, you can mention the college names and your branch. It would be easier for me to help you know your chances.

To secure a seat in Andhra University through ECET cut off, your rank should be below 200. This is for the general category students. Andhra University free seats are given if you get fee reimbursement, then the tuition fee will be reimbursed. You need to pay INR 9,000 as a building fee and for others. The Hostel fee varies from INR 2,500 to INR 3,000 per month.

1. UVCE, Bengaluru-government college
2. NIE, Mysore- nice college, good campus
3. BIT, Bengaluru- nice college, no campus
I am alumni of BIT (201014) batch EEE branch. The college is nice but due to unavailability of campus, lacks enormously in other activities like organisations of seminars, conference, ted talks, robotics competition, etc. This affects our resume alot. I am alumni of RVCE (201517) batch, M.Tech, Power Electronics. It has a very nice campus which helps students to organise innumerable conference s, talks and technological which makes their resume attractive. But whatever college you take, make sure you choose branch of

In 2019 the cut off for admission to Computer Science Engineering for BC-B category was 16228 to get admission in Sri Vidyanikethan Engineering College. Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in this institute but cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
