You can easily get into NIT HAMIRPUR with 93-95 percentile and you can even get into better NITS because you have a percentile of 93-95 and you belong to ST category.

You cannot apply for B.Tech courses after appearing for JEE Mains 2022 1st session till NTA announces results after all the sessions. After announcing the results, the admission portal will get open in the official website till then you have to wait and prepare for further sessions and All the Best for your further sessions.

For NITs you should have a percentile of around 97 percent in JEE mains for open category and for any engineering college in India for a open category student it is mandatory to get a percentile of over 90 to get into software based course in the college.

Yes absolutely, after Diploma students can directly come to B.Tech 2nd year by writing an entrance test, most states conduct entrance test after Diploma, Telangana conducts ECET for Diploma students to join B.Tech colleges through lateral entry.

It depends from state to state, better search for top universities in your state, try to sort the colleges by NIRF ranking, labs infrastructure.

Most engineering colleges have closed the admissions, I think its too late to apply for it. If you are willing to apply for the universities in Electrical engineering, apply in private colleges where you can enter through NRI quota, if there are any empty slots left, Hope you get a seat in a good university.

It depends on the institute from which you are passing out if you are applying for placements from college and the skill set that you have, generally the packages start from 4 Lacs to around 42 Lacs in India.
