In India, the top engineering entrance exam is JEE Mains. It is conducted to get NITs or IIITS or GFTIS. Those who are qualified in Mains they can write JEE Advanced exam, which ic conducted for IITs. Besides these there are other State Entrance exams. Some deemed universities also have entrance exams. Hai, Deekshitha! As per the 2019 last rank taken from OC EWS girls you may not get a CSE seat there. Because 2019 last rank is 28168. You have an easy chance in Bapatla Women's Engineering College. But, these are not so better. Based on your rank Vignan's Nirula and Kallam Haranadh Reddy in Guntur district are better. As you are aware admissions to this college are as per JoSAA. With 1.5Lakh as ranking it would be tough to get admission in normal course. Just see if there are any quotas for management. Also ho through the link that I am attaching for a college predictor.

Yes you can get CSE in many of the colleges but preferrably in your home State you'll get CSE.
