Yes, you can try electrical, mechanical, IT in KGEC with rank. You can also try electronics in KGEC, but I am not sure if you will get it or not. Best of luck

CSE in KGEG with this rank is quite tough but other branches are easily available in kgec. On other hand I can't say much about IEM but one thing I know that IEM is more like a school rather than a College, that means no college life, also for CSE there are many clubs present in KGEC which are improving day by day. Now let's talk about the placements, so basically in KGEC if you are placed in one company then you are not eligible to appear in other companies placement drive if they are giving the same package on which you got hired in other company. Depends on what institute are you looking at. Private universities may charge you between 8-15L. Public universities if subsidized might be half of it.

Hello Pratap Singh, NTA will announce cutoffs for different categories of students after all the four sessions of exams are over. Only at that time you can come to know your status. However to help you I am giving below, the cutoffs announced last year by NTA. Cut-off for JEE Advance
Candidates having at least 90.3765335 percentile will be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. For EWS students the cut-off is 70.2435518, for OBC it is 72.8887969, SC - 50.1760245, ST - 39.0696101, PwD - 0.06185224
