It's difficult to get CSE with your score. Your JEE percentile is less under stream 1. You can try for other branches. Wish you luck.

Under Tamilnadu quota, it's hard to get CSE under stream 2 with your score. Mostly everyone in sastra main campus under stream 2 will have score of above 93%. You can have a try for kumbakonam campus. Try up toast round of counselling. Wish you luck.

It's based on the JEE rank. If your rank falls between 25,000 to 30,000. You will get CSE seat otherwise you will get other branches. Every year Statistics vary try up to last round of counselling procedure. Wish you luck.

Hello Prashant, I can understand your angst and the anxiety about getting the desired branch. However since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice, the cut-offs are really stiff. However to help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello Gurpreet Singh, there are lots of differences between admission process in India and abroad including Canada. In India, it's exclusively based on academic performance while in Canada, lots of other aspects of candidates persona are taken into account. In view of this I would strongly recommend that you must approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to Canada for MS Best wishes to you.

Hello Akhil Gaur, your friend has passed 10thbsnd 12th both, with good marks. However these days, except in Tamil Nadu, admissions in engineering colleges are not based on marks obtained in these exams but are based on the performance in CET. Almost every state has its own CET, besides ones being held by different deemed to be universities and GFTI's. Your friend needs to appear for the appropriate CET. Best wishes to you.

Hello Ishita, the major difference is that, aircraft maintenance engineering is actually a B.Sc. Course that does not give engineering degree. This course however, imparts skills required for carrying out the maintenance of civil aircraft. Of course one needs to get licence from DGCA before this. On the other hand, aeronautical engineering is actual degree in engineering. In this, students are taught different aspects of engineering involved in a flying object. After passing, students can get job in research institutions or companies involved in making of flying machines. Best wishes to you.
