Maybe you can get other branch seats with your score. You can try up to last round of counselling for those seats or you can join in any branch you got and if you done well in 1st year of engineering by getting 9CGP you can avail CSE offer.

Under stream 1 : 97.5 % and above IPE score with 93-95% above JEE Mains percentile
Under stream. 2 : 98.5% and above of IPE score.

You haven't mentioned your state board name. If you are from Tamilnadu, you can have chances of getting seat in kumbakonam campus of sastra. Apply for both campuses so that you can have more opportunities. Statistics vary every year, so try your luck. Wish you best.

Under Tamil Nadu quota, you may have 50-50 chances of getting bio engineering branches in main campus. Try up to last round of counselling procedure so that you may get your wished. If you are okay with kumbakonam campus you can apply for that so that you can get a sure seat with good branch. Wish you luck.

Otherwise you can have another chance that you may join in the branch you got in sastra for 1st year. Stream 2 refers to only IPE marks. I think 95% as ipe marks. SASTRA gives 30% of sears to stream 2 . With your score it is difficult to get cse Or IT. If you have done well in jee mains under stream 1 you may get a chance if you have enough score. Actual cutoff for CSE in stream 2 is 98.7% and for IT is 98.5% according to previous years statistics.
