It will take some time for NTA to declare cutoffs for different categories. There are many college's. In Delhi, there is GGSIPU which provides both these courses. GGSIPU is a good university, it has many college's under them. You have to take entrance exam for them. You can avail college's according to your rank. Form's are available now.

I am afraid to tell you that no professional course is allowed to be offered by open universities and hence IGNOU also does not offer engineering graduation course in distance mode. Your only option is to do AMIE after getting a job. Best wishes to you.

Hello M Vinay. I can understand your angst and anxiety. For all purposes Diploma is considered as equivalent to 12thand hence you are definitely eligible to appear for AFCAT. Where ever they talk of 12th, you assume it to be for Diploma. Fill up the form and don't worry. Best wishes to you.
