Hello Manjunath, if you have cleared your arrears in year 2021 then you would be deemed to have passed out in this year and not in 2015 when perhaps you appeared for final exam first time. With this explanation please go through the eligibility conditions and decide for yourself if you are eligible or not since minimum and maximum age is also consideration many a times. Unfortunately you have not mentioned as to where you have to put your educational details.
