Hello Asghar, yes definitely you can think of doing your B.A. After completion of your graduation in engineering. Eligibility for B.A. Is 12th or equivalent that you must be having if you have done your engineering graduation. I suggest you download brochure cum application form of IGNOU, go through it & apply for B.A. Best wishes to you.

Even though there is a talk about petroleum being sunset industry, nothing is going to affect it in foreseeable future. So, don't worry and prepare for seeking admission in either if these branches.
