Yes, you can apply if you are appearing in final semester of your B.Tech course. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply provided: (a) That they produce a proof of having acquired the minimum prescribed qualifications at the time of counseling/ admission. (b) The candidate will submit the final result of qualifying degree/certificate providing his/her eligibility on or before 30th September, 2021 to their Campus Director/Jt. It's not possible. Once you become a graduate from any college the data of yours will be in the records of graduate list with your name. So using your name you can't join any other college.
