I am student at Delhi University. According to me, you are not eligible to take admission in Delhi University because of compartment. You can ask your query there also by calling on the help desk no. Provided at DU website. You can take admission in Amity because it is a private university. Therefore, you have higher chances of getting admission there as compared to DU.

Yes, you can do that. After B.Tech, you are eligible for M.Sc. Entrance exams like IIT JAM. There are many students who do M.Sc. After B.Tech. You can do M.Sc. in maths also. Many people are dual master holders. So you can also do that.

I am also an aspirant. If you are a keralite and had appeared for KEAM then its easy. You have to secure minimum of 60% in your 12th exams and secure a rank (around14,000-17,000) in KEAM. If you appeared for JEE Main then you have to secure a rank between 10,000-1,50,000 (to 3 colleges). Sorry that I can't provide further information (since I know much only).
