I suggest you go for the IIT JAM exam, From this Entrance, you will get IIT/NIT colleges for the M.Sc. Course. I also sending you an authentic link from where you get a list of colleges for the M.Sc. Generally no. Cyber security course needs Graduation in relevant discipline. While minimum 2 years of working experience is needed in IT in case of graduation in different discipline.

As per AICTE guidelines, The online/ distance B.E/ B.Tech courses are not valid for employment and higher education purpose. Hence never be pursue. Its better to do part time or lateral B.Tech as per your convenience.
