The medical requirements of GEIMS for GME course are given below.
Physical Standards: Candidates should be medically and physically fit for sea service as per STCW 95/MS Medical rules 2000 as applicable to seafarers. Candidates will have to undergo a full medical check up as per the practicing doctor approved by DG Shipping.
Eyesight: Distance vision (unaided): 6/12 in each eye; or 6/9 in better eye and 6/18 in other eye. Normal colour vision. Candidates will have to undergo a full eyesight test by a Company Medical Officer.
So in my opinion you are not eligible nut for more confirmation please take a fair advise from a Doctor regarding t

The course fee per year is about Rs 129000/ (AY 2019-20). While the course duration is three years.

You can get any seat definitely in sastra wait upto 3rd counselling after attending 1st counselling. You can get a better branch seat. As you didn't mention any priority of branch.

I think it won't be sufficient to get a CSE seat in SASTRA. If your JEE AIR rank is below 30,000 you can get a CSE seat.

Well for the courses related to computer Science there will be a mathematics of certain level that will be applicable in your curriculum. But I believe you need not to carry your fear for that. There are some extra classes if you would like to have more clarity on the tactics to understand this subject.
