If you are first year of engineering student than why you have doubt about in getting admission in 2nd year? Its very simple when you will passed your both semesters of first year than you will be get promoted automatically in 2nd year of your engineering course.
However if you wants transfer to MCOE in 2nd year, than first get confirmation from the MCOE regarding this. Because this is the case of transfer between the two different Universities. So first obtained the No objection certificate from the MCOE than apply for transfer in your parent University.

Diploma either in civil engineering or architecture. You would then take admission as a lateral entry candidate and thus for example if it is engineering then you will go directly to the second year of B.Tech as lateral entry thus saving a year and related fee. Hence first selection should be of a good college which is of repute so that it can give the best academic excellence in the form of best faculty who are there to help you. Added to this, well-equipped labs and library. Exposure of the students to the world market and a wide platform for the student to deal with world level activities is a must. For getting admission in B.Tech CSE at MSRIT, You have to score above 150 marks in COMEDK or your rank should be below 1100 (For general merit). As per the first year fee structure of year 2019-20, The Karnataka COMEDK-K students will have to pay Rs 174880 in the first year.

Final Year students are also eligible to apply, provided they do not have any backlog at the time of AFSB Testing and produce Degree Certificate issued by the University as per the date stipulated in the advertisement.

Generally the engineering branch changes are allowed at the end of first semester only. Hence you can not change now.

Agar aap JEE Main Paper-1 ki percentile ke baare main jankaari chaahte chain to aapko NITs and GFTIs main admission ke liye kam se kam 97 percentile se jyada laane hone. Saath hi 12th main 75% se jada marks laane hone.
