Yes, you can get admission in Diploma courses on the basis of 10th from NIOS. Because NIOS courses are valid at par with education boards courses.

If you have completed you engineering Diploma course then your first priority should be finding a suitable job. State PWD and Irrigation, Railway, PSUs and Private sectors are the major recruiters. The B.Tech Lateral or Part time regular courses are the other options for higher studies.
