The eligibility criteria of BCA at Dibrugarh University is given below. Eligibility Criteria : Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) examination securing minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and passing Mathematics/ Commercial Arithmetic /Statistics as one of the subjects. Relaxation of 5% marks will be given to the candidates of reserved categories. Selection procedure for BCA course: On Merit Basis. Intake Capacity : 60 (6 Endowments)
So from above anyone from Mathematics/ Commercial Arithmetic /Statistics is compulsory for BCA. So you are not eligible for BCA if not meeting the above eligibility criteria.

It is okay to do B.Tech from any college of your are interested your placement doesn't depend totally on the college but upon you. Take time and decide what you are interested in B.Sc or B.Tech, then you can do it from anywhere you want.

This is the Top NIT of India and comparatively above many IIT. If you really want to get there your score should be above 99.7 percentile.

Hello,
It is very nice to hear from you that you are aiming for admission in Mumbai IIT for CSE. This means you would be almost in top 50 or 100 of JEE advanced. In view of this I do not see any hindrance of you not getting admission 4 years later in IIT Hyderabad for your MTech. But then nobody can predict as to what will be the situation and scheme of things for admission in mtech 4 years down the line. But, normally speaking yes you should get admission.
