For easing the burden on students, Bihar government has scrapped the entrance exam which it used to conduct and now gives admission based on the ranking obtained by the students in the JEE Mains examination.

It is very nice to see your enthusiasm for or doing your graduation in aerospace engineering. But, I am afraid, you cannot do this online or distance mode of education. UGC has proscribed or banned any university from offering professional courses via distance mode. However, this is not mandated for private establishments not taking any aid from the government. Hence if you are thinking of seeking admission in a government or government-aided college then you should use your category rank for getting admission in that particular category.
