Yes. University College London does have enterprise and entrepreneurship support facilities for its students. Yes, going for a Master's is a good idea after BA (Hons.) Political Science with Entrepreneurship. If you aim for research, public policy, or academics, choose Political Science/IR. If you want business or startups, an MBA or Entrepreneurship programme will suit you better.
