Hi,
It depends on your interest, ability and personal traits as each course you mentioned have a different career path. With food processing technology, you may work more indoor in labs and might not require to interact more with people whereas geology or environmental sciences will require a strong hand in geography and other related parameters like to be able to gather information from local people etc. On the basis of career prospects, you may choose food technology.

Dear,
First, you decide where you want to land up, what you wants to be, which field you prefer to work and you fill be comfortable for you. Select that field. Salaries depends on your ability and not course you select. Opportunities are different in different fields. Field which is giving one high salary and job Satisfaction, may not be same for some one else.
