Kindly check the Eligibility as below:
Candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board with should have knowledge of Hardware, Networking & Operating Systems.
For those who do not have knowledge of hardware and networking & Operating Systems they can do this certification along with a Jetking Hacking Bridge Course which will give them the basic foundation knowledge to take the Ethical Hacking Certification
Admission Process
Interested candidate can apply directly to the institute.

You don't need to be eligible to learn something, just learn whatever you want. Yes you are eligible to learn ethical hacking. There are many institutions who teaches ethical hacking and you can join any of them.

You will need to inquire that separately for each of the institute or training providers e. g. At CSSRL fees ranges from 20000 INR onwards.

You failed in Maths is completely different from your interest and choices. Hacking requires good aptitude and stimulation skills too. Take my advice, try your best and go for some computer Science degree with certifications from reputed brands. Next is YouTube and Google are initial helpers but not till the reality level that you can become a professional. Those are just for Amateurs, for professional you need both knowledge and platform. Institutions or some either experts provide knowledge and platforms provide space. Take part in Bug bounties, Participate in Hacking Competitions and all do great good.
