Hi,
You have not mentioned your qualifications as such in this query. I would suggest you first do B.Tech Computer Science. And, in your 4th year or may be after B.Tech do a Certificate course in Ethical hacking. In India, degree courses not available for ethical hacking as of now. You will get a good job after that in security companies, financial institutions, banks etc.

B.Tech has much more weightage than BCA. But B.Tech is also costly and a year-long course than BCA. Which is not suitable in your case. BCA and B.Tech both the courses will provide you with the platform to get started with programming but they might not teach you exact ethical hacking. It is something that you might have to do on your own from external institutes.

You can join BCA to learn programming languages. Not a lot of colleges teaches ethical hacking to their students. You might have to learn that from either online courses or other institutions.
