Hi Abhi,
To become a certified ethical hacker you need to take a separate course on ethical hacking and you may get certified by EC Council followed by exam.
It's a good to see that you have set your objective in your early days and I assume you want to settle your career in IT security. If yes, then choose your graduation with specialization as Security. It would help you to understand the security domain and it's application and how EH skills would help you along it's way.

It is a global security certification. You can work as a white hacker who prevent people from bad hackers. It is provided by EC-council and others also like SANS, but I will recommend you to go for EC-council. Currently, trending and fee is around INR 25000. Go to the official site for more detail:

You can learn ethical hacking and game designing but it will be very difficult to make a meaningful career without any degree in India. If you leave you will have to take 3 years more to become graduate by doing BCA or B.Sc IT/ CS. Therefore, It is recommended that you may do Engineering degree and courses on Ethical hacking and game designing to pursue your interests.
