It is always advised to pursue ethical hacking course after 12th, as 12th IT or computer's syllabus acts as a base for the study of ethical hacking.

Do not get confused.
All are one and the same thing but you have segregated the subject in parts and getting confused.
Engineering degree with the field CSIT i.e. computer science and information technology is called computer engineering.

If you want to learn cyber security you can enroll for any of the training programs by http://pune.cssrl.in The training is possible in regular classroom or in online mode. You can choose programs which have eligibility as 10+2 only.
