The past academic scores were not given any weightage this year as well. However, I won't guarantee that same will be the case for the next year as well. The past academic scores might again have zero weightage but it can't be confirmed as of now. But I would suggest you to apply for FMS and give your best shot. All the best.

The age doesn't play a role. This year if you haven't applied for FMS, it would not be possible to get admission.
However, you surely can get admission next year i.e. for the 2017-19 batch. All the best.

The admission procedure for 2017-18 will begin tentatively in October 2016 with the release of the application forms for MBA programme at FMS, Delhi. Post that the shortlist will be released tentatively in March 2017 with interviews in April 2017.

The fee for FMS is approximately 11000 Rs. annually. In addition to this you will also have to pay 35000 Rs. for the MSA fee.

The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.

There are certain B-schools which offer admission on the basis of your CAT score only. FMS also is one such premier bschool. You will have to give CAT irrespective of the stream you woukd want to choose. However, there are other colleges like NMIMS , IIFT, Symbiosis, XLRI which conduct their own entrance exams and you need not give CAT to get admission into these colleges.
