It is not mandatory to have all such achievements to get final admission. There are people who have secured admission without these as well. However, if you have such achievements, then it will be an added advantage for you in the further process.

If you have a good percentile, you can surely expect a call from FMS. Academic grades are not a criteria of selection into FMS though they might help you in the personal interview round.

Poor academic score does not hanper your chances of admission in FMS unless you can justify getting those marks. In all, it is not a criteria of selection into FMS

It is not easy to tell at this point of time as the cutoffs vary every year. I will suggest you to wait for the shortlist which will be out anytime in February end. Also, at this stage you should prepare for the further rounds and give your best in the same. All the best.

Last year, the weightage was CAT - 85%, PI - 10% and Extempore - 5%. Changes to this, if any, will be communicated along with the interview shortlist.
