You need to learn photo editing software like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. You need to attend photography workshops.

There is no good college for cinematography in Gujarat. However, you may pursue the same from Zee Institute of Creative Art.

The best college for pursuing VFX and film making is Maya Academy of Advanced Cinematics. It has highly qualified faculties and very supporting staff.

I would suggest you go for a short term course first and then decide whether it interests you or not. The best thing would be not leaving engineering in a jiffy as changing careers can sometimes lead to a bad choice.
