Impossible. a PG Course means POST Graduation. For this one has to be a Graduate- ie. BA or B. Tech. or B Sc or BJMC Degree holder.
After 10th, you can start getting trained for the technical skills and start working on the software. You need to be formally graduated to enter the Jobs in an established manner. So Focus on Studies as well as Training Yourself with Video Editing Skills.

Basically, if you want to go in the mass media-related field then there is no eligibility as such, you can pursue it from arts stream as well. The arts applicants are basically those from arts stream and can pursue a course related to creative fields to the most and science applicant's are those who will handle all the technical stuff in the industry.

Hi,
You can surely pursue this course but before that, you need to complete your 10+2 from a recognized board of education like CBSE, ICSE or equivalent. You cannot pursue the course right after 10th.

Hi Sanga,
The film-making courses are generally offered by the institutes on the postgraduate level. There is no gender restriction for the course to be pursued but you need to complete your graduation first.

Hi Aditya,
In order to take admission in Institute of Mass Communication Film and Television Studies, you can directly apply to the college. There is no complicated admission procedure. There might be an interview though, to check your aptitude and suitability for the course.
For fee information, I would suggest you to connect with the college.
