Hi Divya Jhala,
A minimum of 2 years work experience is required. It's too early for you to decide which country you should prefer, rather first you check top business school websites and have an understanding of the admission requirements, student profiles, fee, etc. You must also take GMAT. Anyways, top MBA countries like USA, Canada, France, Singapore, Netherlands, Germany, UK and so on.
