BIIB is a better option as brand name matters in MBA. Balaji is much better known than Indus Business School. In my view, BIIB is a better option.

As per supreme court rules, you cannot do two degrees at the same time from same or different universities. Unless your MBA is not a degree and just a diploma. Then, in this case, you can do LLB from Mumbai University.

That should actually depend upon the kind of job/career you want for yourself. All PG courses are good in some way or the other but all are not suitable for all candidates. Probe yourself and find what kind of work you want to do and then opt for the related PG course. MBA is one thing you can do if nothing else strikes better.

Yes, BIMHRD is a good institute for pursuing MBA. Is this the only option you have for MBA? If you don't have much gap in academics than you can give one more try for MBA entrance.

International business will be of more importance when you are working for MNCs. As accounting standards are also changing in Indian industries (IndAs) it will be beneficial for you. If you have a keen interest in finance then you can look for this option.
