PGDM is equivalent to MBA. So, you will get advantages of MBA -Finance graduate. Can join in a company of repute as Assistant Manager- Finance / Management Trainee under finance department. There are promotion opportunities as Finance Manager , AGM /DGM Finance, AVP / VP Finance etc. The top most position for MBA Finance holders are Chief Financial Officer / CFO.
